The Mabinogion Restaurant
This will be the number one destination for lovers of fine dining. The Mabinogion restaurant will bringing together not only new takes on traditional Welsh dishes, but also fantastic and exciting adventures in contemporary Welsh cuisine. This will be an outstanding venue in which to celebrate weddings, hold conferences or events.
Café / Bar
This will be a relaxed and informal area, serving a range of freshly prepared bar snacks and drinks, all from locally sourced ingredients. Fresh, bright and inspirational, the cafe / bar will be an ideal place for visitors to relax and enjoy this unique attraction.
Farm Shop
Taking our inspiration from the experiences of Ludlow Food Hall, Bodnant Welsh Food and Rhug Estate, the Dragon Farm Shop will be a state-of-the-art centre featuring the best of Welsh ingredients and cuisine. Ice cream and bread will be made on site, too.
A Showcase for Welsh Art
Welsh artists and craftspeople are among the best and under the wings of our dragon they will have the opportunity to showcase their talent to visitors from around the world. An important aspect in the future role of The Dragon Welsh Project is to promote Welsh culture to a global audience.
